Running on Lattes and Dreams
Happy last day of 2017 foodie friends! I hope your kitchen table is surrounded by friends and family as we ring in the new year.
As I write this (steaming cup of coffee in hand) I’m thinking of what I’m going to do in the kitchen in 2018. One thing I’m not going to do is beat myself up about what I didn’t do in 2017!
I looked at the date of my last blog post and saw it was way back in November, celebrating “Small Business Saturday”. I didn’t keep up with writing and posting. I want to do more writing in 2018, so I’ll make that a priority, right up there with new recipes and party planning tips!
My new journal (pictured) will help me to keep myself accountable, organized and inspired... the saying fits me perfectly.. those who know me know you will find coffee and dreams in my kitchen!
You can expect a few lengthy posts detailing what I DID do in 2017… the first being completing the “Foundations” program at Frontier Kitchen. Twelve weeks of baking, learning, and establishing “From Gina’s Kitchen” as a small food business ready to take on 2018 and beyond.
Wishing you a blessed last day of 2017 and many more blessings in 2018. I’m excited to start the new year off with you (and of course coffee, cookies and dreams!)
